This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which APEX CONSULTANT provides refunds for its professional consulting and advisory services. By engaging our services, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances such as duplicate payments, billing errors, or if services have not been initiated within the agreed timeframe.
APEX CONSULTANT does not issue refunds once consulting services, documentation reviews, or advisory sessions have commenced.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment and must include a valid written explanation.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Completed consulting sessions, compliance reviews, documentation work, and advisory services are strictly non-refundable.
Refund-related inquiries must be submitted in writing. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in service suspension and compliance reporting.
